Orders over $80 in Canada and over $200 in the contiguous U.S. qualify for free standard shipping. The minimum purchase amount for free ground shipping is the price after rebates and not including tax. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
Valid on Canadian and contiguous U.S. orders only. Offer applies only to standard shipping to one location. Not valid on international shipments.
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via standard shipping and will typically arrive in 7 to 9 business days (not including weekends and holidays).
FREE LOCAL PICK UP
We offer free local pick up outside of Jean Lumb Public School (Downtown Toronto). If you have selected this option, please email email@example.com to co-ordinate your pickup time before arrival.
We strive to ship your online order within 2-5 business days of receiving it (this excludes holidays and weekends). Shipping times vary depending on location and selected shipping method.
When your order is shipped you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be uploaded. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t locate it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will re-send it to you.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. WKID is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
Reshipping of packages returned to WKID due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
We do not issue refunds on lost packages.
!! Due to COVID-19 there is a high possibility of delays in international shipments !!

International customers will be responsible for your country’s sales tax and/or duties.
International shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery, depending on the country. Orders may be held at the border, which can increase estimated delivery times.
Not all countries offer continued tracking once your package has left Canada. If you are not able to locate your package once it has left Canada, please contact your local postal carrier.
ALTERING AN ORDER
We are not able to combine orders or refund shipping on multiple orders, as all orders are shipped individually.
Please be sure you are checking out with the correct items as we are not able to alter an order once it has been placed.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly authorize an exchange or provide an online credit once we receive the items back*. Please note exchange requests must be made within 30 days of your shipping confirmation. We do not provide refunds.
To receive an exchange/credit form, please email: email@example.com and include your order number. We will get back to you within 2 business days confirming the exchange.
Please note: All sale / gift card items are final. These orders cannot be cancelled.
*All items sent back must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the tags attached.
Return shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.
If you are outside of Canada please be sure to mark as return of Canadian merchandise. Any custom charges incurred will be deducted from return package if this option was not selected.
We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as WKID cannot issue an exchange or credit on items that are not received.
